Being a member of the network has been truly transformative, and I am continually amazed by the wealth of knowledge, support, and inspiration it provides. Through this network, I have had the opportunity to connect with incredible leaders from across our great nation. These connections have not only expanded my perspective but have also provided valuable insights and advice that has shaped my approach to leadership.

Participation in the Âܲ·AVÊÓƵEdLeader Promise Network has supported my leadership growth by fostering regional and national connections that elevate strategic thinking and innovation. Engaging with other districts through school visits has expanded our best practice network and reinforced the power of collaborative learning.

Virtual Learning & Job-Alike Roundtables
See how districts across the country are advancing the Public Education Promise.
Virtual learning opportunities, like Principle in Practice showcases, allow you to hear directly from colleagues who are implementing innovative, future-ready practices and see those practices in action, without needing to travel away from your district.
Job-alike roundtables offer a trusted space to regularly exchange ideas with peers who truly understand the demands of your role.
These conversations spark new ideas, provide real-time problem solving, and remind you that you are not leading alone. Just as important, they help reenergize your leadership, reigniting what drew you to this work in the first place.
The EdLeader Promise Innovation Conference (EPIC)
Network members gain exclusive access to this engaging and inspiring experience, grounded in the principles of The Public Education Promise and focused on preparing every child in every community for real life in the real world.
During this immersive, team-oriented event, you’ll ignite bold ideas, forge powerful relationships, and engage in meaningful learning that leads to real, lasting impact.
The Âܲ·AVÊÓƵEdLeader Promise Network reminds us that we are not working in isolation. Together, with our students, staff, families, and communities, we’re not waiting for the future. We’re building it.
Patrick Ward, superintendent, Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools (Ohio)
