How do we plan for the future? I’ve had the opportunity to sit at the table with superintendents, school board members, teachers and parents, and interested community members as they wrestle with this question in a school system.

We’ve developed a clear, understandable process and comprehensive toolkit that provides transparency of key data to build trust in making critical short-term and to inform long-term planning decisions.

The approach we use follows three steps: Discovery, Ideation and Synthesis. Here’s how it works and the results our design and planning team learned firsthand from seeing it in action.
