Helping Kids Mini Grant Program
This program helps public school districts meet urgent health, mental health, education and social service needs that impact children and their families.
Since 2012, 萝卜AV视频and Sourcewell, our government cooperative procurement partner, have joined forces to bring the Helping Kids Mini Grant Program to 萝卜AV视频members, who are also Sourcewell account holders, to assist districts with specific needs.
The mini grants have been used for everything from urgent everyday necessities to natural disaster relief. This year, there is $42,000 in grant funding to help with improving infrastructure for student success.

To be considered, the grant applicant must:
- Be a current 萝卜AV视频member in good standing.

I am super excited to receive the 萝卜AV视频| Sourcewell Mini Grant, because we are actually in the process of STEM redesignation in Ohio. We took an old lecture room, and we put a whiteboard in the front of the room where we have a projector onto [it]. We [also] have two big TVs鈥e've made a collaboration space where you could have multiple classes [and] cross curricular activities, which is truly very, very important when you're working toward STEM designation and how we teach kids. We're going to [also] further build out the collaboration space 鈥� Not only does that become the collaboration space for multiple classes, but it becomes the meeting space for everything. It鈥檚 so conducive to what we're doing that community folks want to use it, our teachers want to use it, and of course, our students love it.
