Myriam Rogers
Dr. Myriam Rogers serves as Superintendent of Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS), the 25th largest school system in the United States, educating more than 111,000 students across a richly diverse community. A proud BCPS former chemistry teacher, Dr. Rogers began her career in Baltimore County classrooms in 1996. Her leadership journey includes serving as a principal in Montgomery County, Executive Director for Secondary Schools, Chief of Organizational Effectiveness, and Deputy Superintendent of BCPS. In each role, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to inclusive practices, strategic planning, and high-impact learning environments.
Dr. Rogers remains deeply committed to ensuring that every student in Baltimore County has access to a high-quality education and the opportunity to thrive. Her leadership continues to inspire progress, build trust, and elevate the voices of students, families, and educators throughout the system.
