Kayla Eberhardt
Kayla Eberhardt is a dedicated communications professional with a passion for storytelling, education, and community engagement. She holds a Master鈥檚 degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Public Relations from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Throughout her career, Kayla has developed a diverse portfolio of experience spanning public relations, event planning, program management, and student success initiatives. From launching first-year college programs in California to supporting veteran entrepreneurs at Syracuse University鈥檚 Institute for Veterans and Military Families, Kayla has consistently focused her work on empowering others and building impactful connections.
Most recently, she served as Associate Director at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she led strategic programming in leadership and entrepreneurship. Now, as the Public Relations Specialist for Lyons Central School District, Kayla leads district-wide communications across grades UPK鈥�12. She oversees everything from social media and website management to branding, content creation, photography, and community engagement鈥攈elping to highlight and celebrate the people and stories that make Lyons so special.
