Jessica Harding

Jessica Harding is an instructional leader who helps school systems reimagine what learning can be. Over a career devoted entirely to education, she has supervised staff, transformed organizational culture, launched school and district initiatives, and built the capacity of teachers and leaders at every level. She is known for translating strategic vision into action—working alongside districts to advance excellence in 21st-century learning through the design and implementation of Portraits of a Graduate.

Jessica’s experience spans the full arc of public education. She began as a middle and high school teacher in Virginia before serving as an assistant principal and middle school principal, and later as a curriculum supervisor leading professional learning for K–12 administrators and central office teams. Throughout, her work has centered on advancing equity and cultivating culturally responsive instruction and learning environments where every student can thrive.

She holds degrees from Regent University, Christopher Newport University, and Virginia State University.
