Dr. Heather Kellstrom has filled the role of Executive Director for Technology and Instructional Technology for Ann Arbor Public Schools since 2018, and has spent over 30 years working in K-12 Public Education as an Elementary Teacher, Career & Technical Educator, Media Specialist, Tech Integration Specialist, Technology/Instructional Technology Director and also as a school board member. Heather also works as an Adjunct Instructor at the University level with a focus on learning, design and technology. She has presented at a variety of K-12 conferences such as MACUL, MASA, MERIT, FETC, ISTE, and many Google Events on topics of active & engaged learning through space-pedagogy-technology, designing digital ecosystems, growing a cybersecurity culture, and developing student-centered frameworks for technology innovation & creativity within the teaching and learning process.
