Harini Venkatesh is the Executive Director of Career Connected Learning at New York City Public Schools, leading a citywide strategy across 179+ schools to prepare 100,000 students for strong careers by 2030. Her work focuses on integrating high-quality instruction with real-world experiences, early college access, and advising to expand economic mobility.
Harini partners with employers, higher education institutions, and funders to co-design scalable models that connect learning to career outcomes. She brings cross-sector experience from the U.S., U.K., and India, and holds graduate degrees in Economics and City Planning from the University of Cambridge and MIT.
