David Rosenberg

David Rosenberg is a leading expert on how schools and school systems can deploy scarce resources in support of excellent teaching and learning. At ERS, David has partnered with state and local K-12 system leaders to transform how they organize people, time and money to ensure all students have access to an excellent education. He is a co-author of several ERS publications, including Igniting the Learning Engine, a study of how the most effective school systems organize for strategic, job-embedded professional learning, and was a longtime leader of ERS鈥� Funding and Portfolio Practice Area. Since 2002, David has taught the Education Leadership class at Columbia Business School.
