Leaders of Color Summit
Building Bridges of Hope and Understanding

History in the making: For the first time, four powerhouse organizations are coming together for a leadership experience designed by and for educational leaders of color.
Join us for the Leaders of Color Summit and bring educational leadership into the future! At this event, you'll have the space to share your unique journey, learn from fellow changemakers, and gain practical strategies to amplify your impact in your school community.
Key Leadership Threads
- Courageous Leadership Across Lines of Difference: Examine how identity, vulnerability, and conviction intersect to shape bold, inclusive leadership that disrupts inequity and reimagines systems.
- Shared Purpose, Shared Power: Engage in co-creation practices that build alignment around common goals while honoring the unique contributions of each voice at the table.
- Healing-Centered Connection and Community: Explore how transformative connection—grounded in empathy and accountability—can heal divides and foster deep, lasting community across cultures and contexts.
- Practices of Solidarity in Action: Learn concrete strategies to build coalitions, stand in allyship, and turn personal commitments into collective, systemic change.
- Sustaining the Root System: Legacy and Continuity: Reflect on how to sustain your leadership impact through mentorship, intergenerational learning, and legacy-building that nurtures future leaders.
